Red Velvet Death By Chocolate tested extremely well at Teslacon. It’s a double portion of real cocoa powder mixed in with red velvet flavors and color. The filling is buttercream cream cheese with Heath Toffee bits. The flavor was described as a brownie but better.
Currently working on a more diabetic friendly version of our buttercream cream cheese frosting. I’m not sure how it’s going to work out just yet but I’m working on it.
Additional flavors that I’m testing are Sassafras, Absinthe, Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Roll, Earl Gray, Chocolate Mint, Buttered Rum, and White Chocolate with Raspberry filling.
Spring flavors will be Lavender, Violet, Lemon, Lime, Rose and Orange Spice.
